मेरे पिछले तारीख 08/08/2016 -14/08 /2016 तथा 28 /08 /2016 के पोस्टों में समाजवादी पार्टी के बारे में कुछ अपने विचार व्यक्त किए थे। जिस में  आदरणीय मुलायम सिंह यादव व आदरणीय शिवपाल सिंह यादव ने खुलासा किया था कि समाजवादी पार्टी ने कुछ नेता , मंत्री, एम एल सी, तथा कुछ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी आपस में मिल कर सरकारी जमीनों पर कब्जा करना व दूसरे अनैतिक कार्य कर रहे हैं। मैंने भी अपने विचार व्यक्त किए थे कि इन नेताओं, मंत्रियों व प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की कैमिस्ट्री के कारण ये केवल सरकारी जमीनों के लूट पाट व हर प्रकार की दूसरे गुंडा गरदी के काम में लगे हुए हैं। कानून व्यवस्था से इनका कोई भी लेना देना नहीं है। तथा इसी कारण उतर परदेश में गुड़े व डकैतों के द्वारा  खुल कर लूटपाट, चोरी डकैती, बलात्कार व अन्य अनैतिक कार्य की पिछले चार साल में काफी बढ़ोतरी हुई है। 

पीछे के लेख तारीख 06/09/2016 में मैंने बताया कि गाजियाबाद में हज हाउस के उद्घाटन समारोह में समाजवादी पार्टी ने साल 2017 का विधान सभा चुनाव जीतने पर फोन (smart phone) देने एलान किया तथा उन के नामानकन अक्टूबर 2016 से करने का फैसला लिया है।

आज के समाचारों में पढा की उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार (समाजवादी पार्टी) ने परदेश के नागरिकों को निशूलक (free)  फोन (Smart phone) देने का वादा किया है तथा कहा है कि सन् 2017 की दूसरी छमाही में फोन  का वितरण किया जाएगा। तथा नागरिको को नीचे लिखे मानकों को पूरा करना है :- 1:-वह उत्तर प्रदेश का नागरिक हो। 2:-अायू 18 साल या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए। 3:- सरकारी नौकरी में नहीं हो। 4:-  सालाना आय रू 200000=00 से अधिक ना हो। 5:- फोन (Smart phone) के लिए आवेदन अगले महीने  यानी 10/2016 से  शुरू हो जायेगा।

As per news it shows that China is ready to fights any country or countries, who will stop  their illegal way to covered the area by forces. It is the 3ed war predictions because over rules the UNO decisions and others activities as below :-   1:- In this regards we have highlighted some things in my previous blog post , about China is thinking and doing something wrong in south China Sea . No body know that after the UNO (COURT) decision China is not going to vacate the south China Sea area, which was forcefully covered by China. In this regards America and Europe and others countries also said and advice to China to follow the orders of UNO. But China is showing  its for willing for not vacate the area and ready to faces any country or countries on this matters.

अखबारो में अक्सर पढ़ने के लिए मिल रहा है कि हर जगह नदियां में बाढ आ रही है तथा गांव के साथ -साथ हमारे शहर भी डूब रहे हैं। जान माल का भारी नुकसान देश को उठाना पड़ रहा है।                                    टेलीविजन पर यह भी बताया जा रहा है कि जो सहायता बाढ पीडितों को पहूचनी चाहिए, वह सहायता उनके पास नहीं पहुंच रही है। तथा कुछ नेता व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी कहते फिर रहे हैं कि हमने तो जो भी सहायता फंड आया है उसका सही प्रयोग किया है। तथा बाढ पीडितों को सहायता दी है। इन सब बातों से पता चलता है कि हमारे कुछ नेता व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी केवल लूटपाट में लगे हुए हैं।    नदियों में बाढ आने के कुछ खास कारण यह भी है     1:--- हमारे अधिकारी मौसम विभाग के अधिकारियों कि सूचना पर ध्यान नहीं दे रहे हैं। तथा अपने हिसाब से डैम में पानी जमा कर रहे हैं। तथा भर जाने पर डैम के गेट्स खोल देते हैं।मानसून के बीच समय में नदियों में पानी पहले से ही पुरा भर कर चल रहा होता है उपर से डैम का पानी भी नदियों में आ जाता है तो नदियां खतरे के निशान से ऊपर बहने लगती है।

As per news the yearly worse to worse conditions is became of our country  due to flood in monsoon seasons, it shows that our central or states governments and theirs admistrations are not doing proper arrangements and also not willing to save the lives and losses of assets. In this case Departments may not plan in advance and always our admistrations are awakened, when the flood situation became worse to worse. 1. Due to flood more than 200 persons lost their lives yearly. 2. Due to flood more than thousands crores loss of assets, agriculture crops and land, others properties etc yearly.
